Information may be collected via intake forms, Cliniko booking systems, email, telephone, SMS, referrals from other professionals, and during service delivery.

Information is collected to provide safe and effective social work services, manage appointments and billing, develop support plans, and meet legal and professional obligations.
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information unless required by law, with client consent, or where there is a serious risk to safety. Information may be discussed in professional supervision in a de-identified form where possible.
Storage and security
Information is stored securely using Cliniko and password-protected systems. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
Access
Clients may request access to their personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Complaints
